• Promote, within the university campus, a meeting space and staff and community dialogue that transcends the limits necessarily imposed by academic conventions.
• To help the University remain faithful to their vocation, identity and mission, such as expressed in the Statute and other founding documents.
• Accompany and support, in the light of faith, personal and communal processes of growth and integration of human existence, especially those who suffer lack of special situations.
• Collaborate with the various departments for the good education of students in areas such as theology, ethics, Christian social thought, and so on.
• Promote dialogue and the necessary discernment of faith with science, cultures and the complex social realities and situations of our time.
• Provide opportunities for liturgical and sacramental celebration of faith, both to the many individuals and groups, and the entire university community.
• Participate in the organization of volunteer and other forms of social action projection and university, from the preferential option for the poor.
