We Have to go back!

already tried to write about Lost before. In fact I have a Word file on my machine so he tried to be my analysis / final thought about this series for almost a year. The document was mutating over the months, went from being a road to be thirteen, three, ten, and I think today, still unfinished, round eight leaves. There are many parts of it that I like a lot: my "explanation" of the apocalyptic implications for the human race to extinction of the light, my character study of Jack ... but the reality is that, look at it, I still think that nothing LOST can write about does justice to the series.
argue strongly that there is a before and after LOST on TV, and even the show's detractors can not deny, at least, that its impact on popular culture is impressive. Make a compliment of the series in this blog is out, people who read it already knows my opinion and my feelings for the creature of Lindelof and Cuse. Make an objective criticism is also out, not because they can not (although sometimes I have trouble), but because they want today is a day for me emotional, remembering the best television that I travel in my life (and I doubt whether any After passing), so ...

If you jump the couch with his arms in the air when Hurley Dharma comes at going to save Sayid, Jin and Bernard ...
shouted "esaaaaaaa" to the screen when Jack shoots water Flocke ("John Locke told me I Need to stay") ...
Sawyer received a standing ovation shooting Mr. Friendly ("That's for Taking the kid of the raft ")...
You get all tense whenever "Henry Gale" tells his plan to Jack and Locke and then asked for milk, cereal ...
you still taking off your jaw off the floor every time you think at the end of the third season ...
you a shiver in the back and you get wet eyes with the end of "Deus Ex Machina"
... You get a lump in my throat thinking about the last moments of Charlie ...
Were you down anymore several days after the death of Sun and Jin ...
you laugh every time you remember a Sawyer nickname ...
you realize that this was not a show like any other when I watch "Walkabout" ...

If you look bondi each ticket or number of bakery waiting for you to touch any combination of 4, 8, 15, 16, 23, 42. If you miss a week debating with friends about what happened and what will happen. If you think in get to chat with strangers you come across in the street with a shirt of Dharma. If you think "The Constant" is one of the best hours of television history. If you wanted to go seven months later in time when he finished the 5th season, just to see if it worked to make the bomb. If you still cry when you see Vincent get Jack to accompany the end of "The End" ...

... Then, in the words of Jacob, are the same ... happy anniversary to you too, and until we find otherwise, let go ..

See You In Another Life, Brotha!

What is a Sandbox

One of the concepts that have been popular in the type RPGs and D & D retro lately is that of the "sandbox" or litter boxes, and this refers to just that, a self-contained play area where the characters can go from one place to another but always within certain limits.

Within these generally small self-contained worlds are several locations where adventurers can go in the order they paresca best fit, which causes them a great feeling of being in charge, however this causing a host of problems because I love the dungeon in a linear campaign, the challenge facing the players is commensurate with the level bearing, and in a world where you can go wherever you may meet with a major threat to what you can handle and end up dead.

Some solved by putting the most dangerous animals away from the base of the characters but even this eventually may end up having an impact on the campaign, in my opinion the best thing you can do is what we used the first edition. Let some characters die and allow survivors of the group learn from the experience. After all this is the fantasy epic is not it?

Now that even with an area to explore players need motivation, so that one as director of game one must supply them with two or three hooks of history and let them decide where to go. And you see that hook them completed two or three to increase the number of options.

I leave you with a list of recommendations Sand box I've played or am playing currently and therefore recommend.

Thunder rift for the D & D 1st edition (very good but a bit scrawny)

Keep on the border lands (This exists for 1st, 2nd and 4th edition as well as an adaptation to around 3.5)

Dragons den (This also for the D & D 1st edition)

Neneta worth (described in detail in the Dungeon Master Guide 4th Edition)

Kingmaker (for Pathfinder)

Darkmoon Vale (Pathfinder as well)

Certainly this last Paizo gives an adventure that just hang on the blog downloads

If you're ready for a zombie attack, you are ready for any emergency "this is the motto of a new viral campaign that has put online the Center for Disease Control and Prevention (CDC), which gives the steps to be prepared in case of a zombie attack.

Khan afirma que lo primero que se tiene que hacer es “identificar possible emergency situations that may exist in your area as well as zombies can attack you, it may be an area prone to earthquakes, hurricanes or floods, and therefore must have a family plan and an emergency meeting point "

also suggests having ready water (one gallon per person per day), canned food, a bag of emergency clothing, basic identification documents, and a first aid kit "that can help you If a zombie bites you, or get hurt by a hurricane or earthquake "

Although within their suggestions do not include the basics to kill zombies, as a good gun, a chainsaw or already lost a good knife.

The text ends by saying that in case of a zombie attack, the CDC would be prepared to make a contingency plan, quarantine and management of patients, "as it is currently before any disease .

So now you know, if someone thought you were crazy for being such a fan of zombie movies or games, you might be better prepared for any emergency that many CDC health and supports you.
